Program Structure

The PGDM Programme is specifically designed to provide theoretical tools, practical insights, and hands-on skills essential to compete in a challenging and global environment. The curriculum examines the hows, whys, and what-ifs of a business, from formation to transformation. Throughout this examination, the students gain and refine the skills essential to successful decision-making.

Synergy has a process-driven approach that will systematically blend systems and people. To strengthen their learning, students will be offered practical training through Industry-Institute Interaction Programme.

The programme provokes theoretical understanding, and critical awareness of the major strategic challenges facing contemporary global business. The programme has an industry focus throughout, underpinned by the integral 6 to 10 week summer internship. Students will be challenged and stimulated by the multi-disciplinary and integrative curriculum reinforcing functional, strategic and global dimensions.
